By employing manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other specialised approaches, physiotherapy plays a crucial role in injury recovery and improving patients’ quality of life.

The scope of physiotherapy is extensive and can include the treatment of various conditions, such as:

• Spinal disorders, including sciatica, lower back pain, dorsal pain, neck pain, scoliosis, herniated discs, and torticollis.

• Musculoskeletal injuries, such as sprains, tendinitis, epicondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder pain, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.

• Post-trauma and post-surgical recovery, including fractures, injuries resulting from road accidents or falls, muscle contractures, and tension.

• Neuromuscular conditions and other dysfunctions, including migraines, headaches, and postural issues that may affect overall well-being.
